NibQuestThese terms apply to NibQuest: Kids Math & Reading ("NibQuest"), made by TwoLogPI Apps ("we", "us"), the trading name of Ramesh Adapa, an individual developer. By installing or using NibQuest you agree to them. If you got NibQuest from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ, Apple's agreement governs your use on Apple devices.
Who NibQuest is for
NibQuest is designed for children aged 3 to 13, used with a parent, guardian or teacher (a "grown-up"). Purchases, settings and links sit behind a grown-ups-only check. A grown-up is responsible for any purchase and for setting up the app for a child.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use NibQuest on devices you own or control, for your family's or your classroom's own learning. You may not copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer the app or its content, except where the law allows it. NibQuest's stories, characters (including Nib, Jumble, Poppy and Bramble), artwork, questions and text belong to us.
NibQuest Family
- What it includes: every landmark and skill in NibQuest, for all the children on the device, while your plan is active. The Free Atlas stays free.
- Plans: monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.
- Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep NibQuest Family until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- Restoring: use Restore purchases in the grown-ups area on any device signed in to the store account you bought with.
Learning content
We work hard to make NibQuest accurate and aligned with the Common Core and Head Start standards, but it supports learning and doesn't replace a teacher or school. We may add, change or retire activities and features to improve the app.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how NibQuest handles information. In short: learning data stays on your device, and nothing about your child is sent to us.
Warranties and liability
NibQuest is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by agreement.
