Delete your data

Everything NibQuest knows about your child is on your device, so you can delete it yourself, any time.

Delete data on your device

  1. Open NibQuest and tap the lock button to open the grown-ups area.
  2. Go to Family & privacy.
  3. To remove one child, tap Delete next to their name and confirm.
  4. To remove everything, open the Delete data card, tap Delete ALL NibQuest data on this device, then Delete everything.

Uninstalling NibQuest also deletes everything it stored on the device. NibQuest's data isn't included in device or cloud backups, so nothing comes back on reinstall.

Delete purchase records

If you used NibQuest Family, RevenueCat keeps an anonymous purchase record for us. To have it deleted, email [email protected] with your order number (on Apple, the order ID from your App Store receipt email; on Google Play, the number starting with "GPA."). We'll delete the matching records within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting by law, which is deleted when that duty ends (see the privacy policy).

Deleting purchase records doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

What we don't have

We never receive your child's name, birth details, answers or progress, and NibQuest has no accounts, so there is nothing else for us to delete.
